A couple of shooters / collectors / gun enthusiasts with about, let’s see:  

I’m 71, started shooting at 11, so I’m up 60 years.  Gavin is about the same.  Joe is slightly less at about 55 years but still managed to shoot in the Springbok Black Powder team some time ago.  Gavin shot the Bianchi Cup in 1979 and finished 17^th or 19^th in an international line-up including Ross Seyfried, Dave Westerhout, Mickey Fowler, Tom Campbell, Ray Chapman and a bunch of AAA shooters.  I won the Transvaal “B” Champs at Roodepoort in 1983 (I think?!).  

Anyway, that gives us about 170 years of shooting and gun experience 

We have loved every minute of it, And look forward to more and more.  

The American Civil War ended in 1865 and that’s 156 years ago.  

So we, collectively, have more trigger time than that.
